Add Virtual Assistant accounts and specify the exact privileges for VAs to access your AutoDS account to take care of your daily tasks.

First, head over to Settings → Plans & Addons → VA Users Addon and enable the option to add Virtual Assistants to your AutoDS account.
Add your first VA by clicking on Settings → Users → Add your first VA. Fill in the VAs’ information and which privileges you wish to grant them, so they can have access only to what they need. For example, you can grant them access only to specific stores, to add and edit products, fulfill orders, edit your store settings, and more.
View your active Virtual Assistant accounts, edit their privileges and other account information, remove or add new VA accounts through Settings → Users.

Add as many Virtual Assistants accounts as you want to manage your Shopify stores.
Choose one or multiple Shopify stores that the virtual assistant account will have access to so they can better manage your Shopify business.
Set specific privileges for your virtual assistants’ accounts. This way, you can share access to specific tasks for each VA.
You can share one or multiple privileges – including viewing your dashboard, viewing, editing, and deleting active or untracked products, viewing, editing, and deleting active drafts, viewing and editing orders, viewing, importing, and deleting Untracked Listings, list new products, and view and edit your settings.
Your VAs can optimize your stores by deleting products that aren’t performing well and importing new products similar to your best sellers, further multiplying your success. They can also edit and optimize your existing products using the full item editor that we offer on the system.
Processing your orders, returns, and updating tracking information is also a responsibility that you can teach your VAs to handle and take off your hands so that you can focus on more crucial tasks to grow your business.
