So, now that you know what product categories to focus on let’s show you the fastest way to find trending dropshipping products to add to your dropshipping store.
Step-by-step:
For this example, we are going with the arts and crafts category, as shown below. Let’s find us some trending dropshipping products.
As you can see, the first 3 highest-ranking products we get within the category all have good reviews, high star scores, and high sold amount. Start by adding them to your stores, and more products that are similar to them to start new sell trends.
Now, when it comes to importing these products to your store, there are 2 quick and easy to do so. Using AutoDS’ advanced importing solutions, you can save hours of time by doing the following:
Simply log into your AutoDS account and click “Add Product” on the left menu to add single products or multiple products in bulk.
You can use the item URLs or item IDs (item Asin) to first add as a draft for editing and optimization or immediately click add to store for direct importing. Another option is to schedule imports for a specific time or day.
The second importing solution we offer is our Helper Chrome extension. Our extension provides two ways to do so.
You can easily import to your store straight from your supplier site and you can grab hundreds of products at a time.
You can extract product ID’s and the extension will create a CSV file for you to upload to your account for importing to your store.
Another way to import hot products to your dropshipping store is using our one-click importer available from the helper extension. On top of the product’s title, you’ll see an ‘Import to AutoDS’ button that will import the item straight to your eCommerce dropshipping store.
Once you click to import, your AutoDS account will open in a new tab and your new imported product will appear on the drafts page.
That is where you can edit and optimize the product before finalizing the official import to your dropshipping store. If you have multiple stores connected to your AutoDS account, don’t worry. You will be able to select which store to import to or choose to import the product to multiple stores.
*Extra Tip*
If you are indeed an AutoDS member, when adding new products, make sure to create “tags” according to categories.
You can then tag items therefore grouping items from within the same category. It will make it easier for you to track these items and their performance. This is very helpful for editing and optimizing later.
Well, there you have it folks, a quick and easy way to find dropshipping products that are a must-have in your store. This is not by any means the only method, just one of many we recommend.
Another tip before you go ahead and try this method for yourself, try to focus on evergreen niches and not just on products that have been selling recently.
This means going for the categories that sell all year round and are not specialty items, seasonal items, or temporarily hot and trendy items.
We want stability and longevity in our dropshipping stores for a balanced income. So now that you have a new strategy, good luck and happy dropshipping!
